    The BATSCANNER is an ultrasonic device for implementation of bat calls (bat detector) by the so-called “mixer” - principle. What makes the BATSCANNER unique is that the mixing frequency is determined and readjusted automatically by the call frequency of the bats.

    Ultrazvukový detektor na netopiere ELEKON Batscanner

    BATSCANNER is an easily controlled detector. it transforms bat calls into sounds in our hearable frequency spectrum on the principle  heterodyning (mixing) detector. Tuning is automatic - detector automatically tunes itself to "peak frekvency" - which is the main frequency by which you can indentify bats and also constantly scans the audio spectrum. It shows this frequency on the display. You can switch the detector into manual mode and change the set frequency - which is a new at Batscanner. You can set various parameters on the new version of  Batscanner:

    • automatic turn off after 30 min.
    • upper and lower limit of the scanned frequency
    • automatic silencing after a set number of seconds (squelch)
