Shipping and Payments
We deliver goods within the Slovak and Czech Republics by DPD courier (delivery usually within 2 days of sending the parcel) and to DPD delivery boxes and delivery points, or via the transport company Packeta. We deliver palletised shipments via the transport company Geis based on an individual price quote. We deliver to other European and non-European countries via the transport companies DPD, Packeta, DHL, Geis or Slovak Post.

Packeta Slovakia - shipping to the delivery point up to 5 kg: 4.20 EUR
DPD Slovakia courier - weight up to 1 kg: 4.20 EUR
DPD Slovakia courier - weight 1 - 5 kg: 4.20 EUR
DPD Slovakia courier - weight 5 - 10 kg: 4.50 EUR
DPD Slovakia courier - weight 10 - 15 kg: 6.00 EUR
DPD Slovakia courier - weight 15 - 20 kg: 7.20 EUR
Geis courier or DPD courier - weight over 20 kg - price calculation according to the current offer of transport services
The shipping price can be viewed "in the cart" after adding products to the cart and selecting the destination country. The total weight of the shipment is based on the logistics parameters of the shipment.

Packeta Czech Republic - delivery to the point of delivery up to 5 kg: 4.20 EUR
Courier DPD Czech Republic - weight 0 - 3 kg: 6.00 EUR
Courier DPD Czech Republic - weight 3 - 10 kg: 10.50 EUR
Courier DPD Czech Republic - weight 10 - 20 kg: 11.70 EUR
Courier Geis or DPD Czech Republic - weight over 20 kg - individual price calculation according to the offer

The goods can be paid for in several ways:
Payment by card (GoPay gateway) in Slovakia and the Czech Republic is possible for orders up to 1000 Euros, in other countries up to 500 Euros: 0.00 Euros
Cash on delivery - payment in cash directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods in Slovakia and the Czech Republic for orders up to 2000 Euros.: 1.90 Eur
Bank transfer - advance payment to the seller's account: 0.00 Eur
The buyer is obliged to pay the seller the purchase price of the goods agreed in the purchase contract at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract, including the costs of delivering the goods (hereinafter referred to as the "purchase price") pursuant to Act No. 18/1996 Coll.
