    The nest box is designed for a breeding pair of kestrels, also known as "windhover". It is one of the smallest falcons and is known to nest in cities, often on buildings. It primarily feeds on rodents, making it useful to humans. However, its natural nesting options are decreasing, and it increasingly nests in various nooks and crannies in buildings. In nature, it usually nests in old magpie nests and does not build its own nest. The wooden box is designed to provide enough space for parents and young (kestrels can have up to 5 young), and the bottom is suitable for adding finer gravel. There are also drainage holes to handle heavy rainfall. The natural material of the box creates a suitable environment for nesting.

    Búdka z dreva - sokolník pre hniezdny párik sokola myšiara -"pustovku". Je to jeden z najmenších sokolov obľubujúci aj hniezdenie v mestách priamo na budovách. Živí sa hlavne hlodavcami, čím je užitočný pre človeka. Hniezdnych možností v prírode mu ubúda a čoraz častejšie hniezdi v rôznych výklenkoch a dutinách v budovách. V prírode hniezdi prevažne v starých hniezdach po strake, vlastné hniezdo si nestavia. Drevená búdka je navrhnutá tak, aby rodičom a mláďatám poskytovala dostatok priestoru (sokol môže mať aj 5 mláďat), na dno je vhodné doplniť jemnejší štrk, sú tam otvory odvádzajúce vodu v prípade silných zrážok. Búdka ako prírodný materiál vytvára prirodzené podmienky pre jeho hniezdenie.

    The box does not have a protective coating, so it is advisable to apply a water-resistant acrylic paint for a longer lifespan.
    Installation: Kestrels prefer height, but will also accept a box installed on the elevator shaft of a panel building. Higher walls, chimneys, industrial buildings, churches, and trees are also suitable. It is best to install the box in a sheltered area.

    Cleaning: Kestrels do not need to be cleaned.
