Designed by ornithologists for House Martins, commonly known as Swallows. An elegant solution for windows in apartment buildings and houses. Due to plastic windows and silicone plaster, House Martins lose many traditional nests, as they do not hold onto such surfaces, or they fall off, even with young birds. This alternative nest provides a safe and durable option. It is narrowed to 21 cm, so it fits into narrower window frames. Natural nests are often attached to windows and fall off when the windows are opened. With this artificial nest, opening the window is not a problem. The nest has a white plexiglass tray underneath to prevent the windowsill from getting dirty. The nest opening faces away from the window, so the window remains clean. The nest is made of durable wood-concrete and is resistant to predators (woodpeckers, falcons, magpies). House Martins accept these nests, but they need time to do so, and occupancy can take one or two breeding seasons.

Placement: The nest is designed specifically for the corner of a window, it is narrower (21 cm), and has a tray for catching droppings. One screw and anchor are included with the nest, and it is sufficient for attaching it to the window frame. The nest rests against the window corner. Maintenance: The tray underneath the nest needs to be cleaned at least once a year. The nests themselves do not require cleaning, but House Martins may benefit from spraying them with Biolit or Arpalit NEO in the autumn. There is an opening in the back for cleaning after it has been removed from its position.
