Product detailed description
This bat house is designed for bat species that prefer crevices, such as the common pipistrelle, whiskered bat, and Brandt's bat, among others. It provides a safe home for a group of females with their young or as a transitional daytime shelter. It can be placed on a tree, house, garden shed, or gazebo. The narrow entrance slit protects bats from predators. As all bat species in Slovakia are protected by law, minimize disturbance to them.
For orders of larger quantities than currently in stock, we will manufacture them within 1-2 weeks.
The bat house is not treated with surface coating. To ensure its longevity, you can paint it with water-dilutable paint, but it is not necessary.
The package includes recommendations on where to place the bat house correctly.
