The box is constructed from wood concrete, which provides good grip for the animals.This bat box can serve as both a temporary and permanent solution for multiple bat species*.
For installation behind the facade, a Bat entrance can be mounted.This stone is placed flush with the facade, allowing the nest box itself to be installed in the cavity. The box has a modular construction, meaning that multiple boxes can be linked together.This is done by breaking open the recesses and attaching the boxes to one another.In this way, any minimum dimensional requirements can easily be met.
This version is the single-layer variant.Two-layer and three-layer variants of this model are also available.The dimensions of this box meet the minimum requirements for both the Pipistrellus nathusi and the common pipistrelle, as described in the BIJ12 knowledge document for mating and summer roosts.

Installation
Hang bat boxes at a minimum height of 4 meters. Ensure there is at least 3 meters of free space in front of and below the box. Preferably place the box in a sunny location.
